I am Vanessa, mother of two great boys, Sebastian and Hudson. They are so much fun. I love living in Berwick, and know it is a wonderful place to bring up a family. I have enjoyed a successful career spanning over 10 years in Property Management, largely in Berwick. During this time I have developed a wealth of knowledge, know how, and experience in administration and property management. I continually set myself high goals and push until they are achieved. I was for some years senior property manager of a large local rental department, and now we, husband Brad and I, own our own rental properties. All of this means I can see most sides of the one story, and this is key in managing in a professional manner, your rental property.
I aim to, and do, provide excellent service and consistent communication. My experience and knowledge of the act and the industry, allows me to provide impartial, considered, accurate and up to date advice. I ensure you maximize the return on your investment with a minimum of stress.

Entering real estate has been a long burning ambition of Ildis but with four children at school and a family to raise there just werent enough hours in the day to do both. Now that her children are older and able to do most things independently, Ildi has taken full advantage of fulfilling her dream of selling homes. She recalls, I remember when we bought our first home and the feeling of achievement it gave us and now that Im selling homes I love watching that same sense of achievement on the faces of happy customers. As an agent however, I get the added satisfaction of also seeing a happy vendor and thats what I love most about this work. I just wished I had done this many years ago.
